Scheduling & Visitation Times: Scheduling is on a first come, first served basis, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.The Cats Meow Dogs Bow Wow will make every effort to visit your pet as closely possible to the time frames requested. However, if an unforseen situation arises, the time may be adjusted. 
Reservations: In order to obtain services on the dates you desire, it is best to plan in advance! Prior to scheduling your reservation, an in-home interview is required for all new clients. While we can tentatively schedule your dates, we must meet you & your pet(s) and access your needs before we make a commitment to providing your pets care. Dates requested are non-refundable ( i.e. arriving home early, etc). All Holidays will have a $6.00 surcharge.

- The CMDBW accepts cash or checks.
- Payment for daily dog walking is invoiced & collected on a weekly basis.
- Payment for Cats Meow package is collected in full prior to your departure.
- Please make all checks payable to Cats Meow Dogs Bow Wow.
- Return check charges: There is a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.
"Honey, I'm Home" Calls: Please remember to call when you have returned home safely! Otherwise, CMDBW will need to continue visiting to assure the safety and well-being of your pets. Please call 952-836-7397 at ANY hour and leave a voice mail message that you have returned.
Keys: If you are not already doing so, consider allowing CMDBW retain a copy of your house key. In the event of an unexpected trip, you will be glad you did. If you decide NOT to keep your keys on file, there will be an additional fee for key pick-up & return: $5.00 weekdays, $10 weekends.
Medications: The CMDBW will attempt to administer medications as directed but cannot be held responsible for complications that arise as a result. Excessively shy cats with medical conditions can be a serious risk. If you have such an animal, this must be thoroughly discussed with the CMDBW nanny.
Vaccinations: For the safety of other customers, CMDBW requires that all pets have the necessary vaccinations before service begins. We may ask to see vaccination records and/or expiration dates for rabies vaccinations. If a CMDBW nanny is bitten or exposed to any disease or ailment received from the client's pet(s) which has not been properly or currently vaccinated, the client will be responsible for all costs and damages that may have incurred.
Fleas: CMDBW will not provide service to any animal with fleas, as we cannot run the risk of carrying fleas into another client's home.
Access to your home by others: We all want our pets to have all the love and attention they deserve, but please advise if there will be other persons entering and leaving your home. CMDBW is not liable for the act(s) of third parties, whether known or unknown. This includes, but is not limited to: friends, neighbors, relatives, or other service persons who enter your residence for any purpose while the CMDBW nanny is caring for your pets. Our insurance will not be responsible and will become null and
void when other people are in the home. Please inform us of anyone who may have access to your home while your away. Please also notify the person(s) in your home of our visitations so they are not alarmed by our entrance. We do not "jobshare" with neighbors/friends.
Fences: Fenced in yards are wonderful play spaces for pets-- however, no fence system is totally secure. CMDBW does not accept responsibility or liability for any customers pet's that escape, are injured or become lost, fatal or otherwise, when pets are left out or given access to a fenced in area. This includes electronic, wood metal or any other fence types.
Leashes: All dogs will be required to be on a leash during outdoor walks.
Pet & House Clean-Up: CMDBW will properly dispose of pet waste and will do our best to clean up any accidents your pet may have. We are not responsible for carpet/flooring stains created by your pet(s). We do request that you provide plastic bags, towels, cleaning products, paper towels, trash bags and indicate where you would like the waste to be disposed.
Our Privacy Policy: All your information will be kept private & confidential. CMDBW highly respects our clients entrusting us with the care of their home and loving pets.
